Colloque International - 11 au 13 juin 2007 - Nairobi - Kenya
The Committee for International Cooperation in National Research in Demography (CICRED), in collaboration with the Population-Environment Research Network (PERN) and the Center for International Earth Science Information Network (CIESIN) of Columbia University, is organizing a three-day workshop focused on urban population, development and environment (PDE) dynamics in developing countries with the support of the African Population and Health Reseach Centre. This workshop is part of the PRIPODE programme coordinated by CICRED and sponsored by the French Ministry of Foreign Affaires.

Visits to APHRC projects : Visit to two Nairobi slum settlements (Korogocho and Viwandani) where APHRC has been running demographic surveillance systems.
